BLD Properties, in collaboration with Jubilee Homes, is proud to announce the advancement of the 680 South Ave development—a project that represents more than just new construction. The 680 South Ave initiative will bring 51 new units of mixed-income housing, designed to meet the needs of families and individuals across different income levels. This development is located in the heart of the South Ave Economic Development Corridor, an area that is undergoing thoughtful revitalization.

With an anticipated investment of $28 million, including $17.5 million in equity, the project is positioned to become a cornerstone of community transformation. Applications for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) are planned for Summer 2025 through the New York State Office of Homes and Community Renewal.
